GM indecision

24th February 2010. A Lord, a Conservative party spokesperson and the NFU say growing GM food in the UK is a good idea. Telegraph decides it is a good idea and that people should be ‘readier to explore’ it.

12th March 2010. EU says growing GM food in the UK is a good idea. Telegraph decides this is a terrible idea and that since ‘three times as many Europeans oppose genetic modification as support it’ the European Commission should listen to them.
